Ingredients are russet potatoes, flour, butter, oil, sweetened condensed milk, sugar and sea salt. The package weighs 9 oz. The best russet potatoes are from ALSUM FARMS & PRODUCE in Wisconsin.

My Norwegian elves and I make your LEFSE fresh and mail it the next day via USPS Priority Mail. This LEFSE is perishable and should be refrigerated upon arrival. It will keep in the refrigerator for at least one (1) week and in the freezer up to four (4) months.
